His primary focus is in the area of insurance defense, motor carrier personal injury, insurance bad faith, construction defect / negligence, products liability, business and commercial litigation. Mr. Senger also maintains a specialty practice in Immigration and Naturalization law.
Mr. Senger is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States; the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; and all Oklahoma state jurisdictions. He also practices before the Department of Homeland Security, Executive Office of Immigration Review, and handles administrative appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Mr. Senger earned a B.S. degree from Langston University in 1997 (Sigma Phi Epsilon – University of Oklahoma) and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa in 2000.
Mr. Senger is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, the Johnson-Sontag Chapter - American Inns of Court (2003-2005), and American Immigration Lawyers Association (2001-2004). He has also participated as a Mock Trial Attorney Coach for Union High School (2002-2003) and served on the TCBA Court Operations and Bar Foundation Committees (2004).
